You will pay and pick your service and appointment time all in one place. Depending on the service you choose, you'll either receive a text message (for unlimited Chexting) or a link for a video session. You may receive the link just moments before the time you selected. Don't worry though. You'll get the link in time for your session to start promptly.
We use a secure platform for all payments. Your credit card statement will show FYI or Find Yourself Inspired for discretion and privacy.

No. When we contact you, you will be given the particulars as to how you will access the session on your computer, but no special software or camera is needed. All you need is a high speed Internet connection. We are based in the United States. We can meet with anyone in the world via an internet connection. We do not offer in person sessions.

We understand that things happen and plans change. If you decide to cancel your session and do not want to reschedule, we will refund you 50%. You can cancel up to 48 hours before your session. If you cancel within 48 hours of your session, no refund will be issued. If you cannot make your scheduled appointment and want to change your appointment time and date, you may do so free of charge as long as it is within 48 hours of your session date.
We have a NO RETURN policy. Please make a payment only if you are 100% sure you want a session with us. You have a year from the date you made your payment to schedule your appointment.
Each of our counselors are highly trained and well equipped to work with you and your specific needs. We have studied psychology, human sexuality, and many other topics related. We are skilled at talking, listening and helping you take back control.
This is NOT sex camming or any type of porn or sex work. We believe that being uncovered physically will allow for the uncovering figurately as well. It allows you to show your true self. You hereby release Uncovered Counseling and its members from all liability of any kind, directly or indirectly related to anything that happens in your therapeutic session. Your confidentiality is of the utmost importance to us. Therefore, we will never reveal your identity or contact information to anyone. We may use quotes from our emails, texts or sessions; however, your anonymity will always be completely preserved, and no information will ever be released that could in any way be used to identify you. We like to have fun. However, these are professional services. If we feel you are out of line, acting disrespectfully or rudely towards us, we will warn you once. If the behavior continues, we will terminate the session. If your behavior warrants this, there will be no refunds given. This is a professional counseling service for individuals with specific needs and comfort levels. You will receive one (1) warning only for any request for sexual favors or sexual requests. If it happens a second (2nd) time, your session will be immediately terminated, and you forfeit any paid funds. By entering into Uncovered Counseling, you swear that you are at least 18 years old. We use Payments Max to process all credit card payments. Your statement will show Find Yourself Inspired for your purchase. We do this to ensure total privacy. We schedule all times, based on the Eastern Time Zone. Please do the appropriate math to calculate the time that correlates to where you live.
We will allow you to pick a time that works for you, typically all new appointments are seen within a few days.
As with any professional, if you miss your scheduled consultation time it will be considered a missed and forfeited session.
